How It Works
Know someone who would be a great fit for Harbor View? Here's how to refer them:
Send us their information
Email careers@harborview-consulting.com with your referral's name, contact details, and a brief note about why they'd be a great addition to our team.
We'll take it from there
Our team will reach out to your referral and guide them through our application process.
Earn your bonus
If your referral is hired and successfully completes their 90-day probationary period, you'll receive your referral bonus within 30 days.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the referral bonus, the following criteria must be met:
Personal connection required
You must personally know and have worked with the candidate in the past. This ensures we're building our team through trusted professional relationships.
Not available to recruiters
This program is intended for individuals referring candidates from their professional network, not for professional recruiting firms or third-party recruiters.
New candidate only
The candidate must not have already applied to Harbor View or be in our current recruiting pipeline.
Full-time internal positions only
The candidate must apply for and be hired into a full-time internal position at Harbor View Consulting.
Must meet all hiring requirements
The candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including background checks and any other standard screening procedures.
90-day probationary period
The candidate must remain employed with Harbor View through their entire 90-day probationary period.
Payment timeline
Referral bonuses are paid within 30 days after the candidate completes their 90-day probationary period.
