Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
- Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Knowledge of data visualization tools
- CFA Level 1 or progress toward CFA certification
- Experience in financial services industry
